Refund & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Services

Since QuantumCona LLP offers non-tangible professional services, we do not provide refunds after the service is purchased/subscribed, which you acknowledge prior to engaging with any of our services. Please ensure that you've carefully read service descriptions before making a purchase.

All financial services, consultations, algorithm implementations, and related digital services are considered non-refundable once they have been delivered or the session has been conducted.

Consultation Cancellations

If you have purchased/subscribed to a consultation session and are unable to attend, you may reschedule by contacting our support team at least 48 hours (2 business days) before the scheduled appointment time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request for a similar session in the future.

The following cancellation policy applies:

• Cancellation made 48+ hours before scheduled appointment: Full credit toward a future session of equal value.
• Cancellation made 24-48 hours before scheduled appointment: 75% credit toward a future session.
• Cancellation made less than 24 hours before scheduled appointment: 50% credit toward a future session.
• No-show without prior notification: No credit or refund will be issued.

Product Development and Implementation Services

For long-term project engagements and product implementation services, the following terms apply:

• Project Cancellation Before Commencement: 90% refund of any advance payment.
• Project Cancellation After Commencement: Any refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work completed and resources allocated to the project.
• Project Cancellation After Substantial Completion: No refund will be issued for projects that have been substantially completed.

Subscription Services

For subscription-based services:

• Trial Period: If you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription (applicable to new subscribers only), you may be eligible for a full refund.
• Regular Subscriptions: No refunds are provided for subscription payments beyond the trial period.
• Cancellation Process: You may cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of your subscription period.

Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

• Technical difficulties on our part that prevented service delivery.
• Errors in service execution for which QuantumCona LLP is solely responsible.
• Situations where the service provided did not match the explicit description at the time of purchase.

All exception requests must be submitted in writing to our support team within 7 days of the service delivery date.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
• Processing time typically takes 7-10 business days to complete.
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
