Shipping & Exchange Policy

This Shipping & Exchange Policy applies to any physical or digital products offered by Quantumcona LLP ("Quantumcona", "we", "us", or "our"), including but not limited to documentation, hardware devices (if any), or packaged software that may be provided as part of our solutions.
Most of our services are digital and delivered remotely; this policy primarily applies where there is a defined deliverable or shipment.
Delivery of Digital Products and Services
For digital products and services (such as access to platforms, APIs, dashboards, or software licenses):
- Access details and onboarding information are typically delivered via email to the address you provide during sign-up or contracting.
- Provisioning times may vary depending on the service and any prerequisites (such as KYC, security checks, or integration requirements).
- We will make reasonable efforts to deliver access within the timelines communicated to you during onboarding.
If you do not receive access credentials or onboarding information within the expected time, please contact our support team.
Shipping of Physical Items (If Applicable)
Where we ship any physical items (such as hardware devices or printed materials):
- Shipping timelines and available delivery options will be communicated at the time of order or within your service agreement.
- Shipping costs, duties, and taxes (where applicable) may be charged separately or included as specified in your order.
- Risk of loss for shipped items passes to you upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Exchange and Replacement
Subject to the terms of your specific service agreement:
- Defective or damaged physical items may be eligible for replacement, provided you notify us within a reasonable time (typically 7–14 days) from receipt and provide any requested proof of damage (such as photos or courier reports).
- For digital products, if you experience technical issues that materially affect the use of the service, we will work with you to troubleshoot and, where appropriate, provide fixes or alternative access.
We do not guarantee exchanges or replacements where:
- Damage is caused by misuse, unauthorized modification, negligence, or failure to follow usage instructions.
- The issue arises from third-party systems or infrastructure outside our control.
Non-Returnable Items
Given the nature of software and digital services, access-based products, license keys, or downloaded materials are generally non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing.

You are responsible for ensuring that:
- The shipping address and contact details you provide are accurate and complete.
- Any customs, import, or local regulatory requirements are satisfied for the destination country, where applicable.
We are not liable for failed deliveries or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
